Ayurveda and feces

According to Ayurveda, feces reflects health. It eliminates toxins and supports body function. Proper digestion forms and eliminates stools.

While healthy stools provide strength for the body’s functioning, stagnation causes constipation and diarrhea is risky, as it depletes colon.
