Lactose intolerance is when someone has difficult to digest lactose, a type of sugar food in milk and other dairy products.. Someone with lactose intolerance is due to the body doesn’t make enough lactase to break down lactose. People with lactose intolerance after consuming milk and dairy foods could lead to gas, cramps, bloated, and diarrhea. Some people can have small amounts of foods without problems. Many foods, drinks, and digestive aids are available to help manage lactose intolerance. Lactose intolerance is rare to be seen, especially children are less likely to have it, but many people eventually become lactose intolerant in adulthood.

The symptoms of lactose intolerance normally appear within 30 minutes to 2 hours after eating such as nausea, stomach cramps, bloating, gas, and diarrhea.
